Ajay Kumar is Founder and Managing Director of Vainsh HR International. He started the company in 2013 and widely sending people for jobs in Gulf countries, Singapore, UK, Canada and European Countries. He is a Hotel Management Graduate and has 20+ years’ work experience in Hotels, Airports and Restaurants in India and Overseas at different levels.

Vainsh HR International has proved to be a conscientious and responsible organization. We had always envisioned a company that could redefine recruitment services. It was a serious challenge, the one that required skills, attitude, competence and determination. We have done our best to establish ourselves as a reliable and professional agency. We have achieved this by creating an organized and systematic procedure that promotes speedy processing of documents and smooth deployment of its qualified workers. Vinod Bharti our Director Business Development is a Hotel Management Graduate who has been associated with brands like Hyatt Hotels, India Habitat Centre, Epicenter, Kwality Group, Events Etc. in India and Papa Johns, The Great Kabab Factory, TAISM and Cloud Kitchens in UAE, Qatar and Oman. Through his Passion and Hard work, he was successful in leading the team for over 35 years in different roles from General Manager to Country Manager. During his working he has travelled to countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, GCC, UK and USA and hence has gained the art of working with multinational people.

Mr. Parmod Verma our Director-Business Development is a seasoned Food & Beverage Management Leader who worked with many International Brands having 35 plus years of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise in overseeing and optimizing operations within the hospitality industry, his passion lies in utilizing strategic leadership to create memorable experiences for patrons, with diverse professional exposure across international settings in Singapore, India, and Hong Kong.

He helped companies to bring in new international and local brands to increase the portfolio. So far brought and worked with about 50 plus brands.

Mr. Parmod career is highlighted by an outstanding track record in F&B operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, menu engineering, and cost control.

He have proven his ability to manage and work with large, cross-functional, and multicultural teams, delivering multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced and demanding environments.

A hotel management graduate, started career from Centaur Group of Hotels, Mumbai and later with Jawad Business Group in Bahrain for 25 Years in their restaurant division at various levels of operation. Associated with various brands named Round Table Pizza (Bahrain), Thai Express (UAE, Bahrain, Oman), Aran café (UAE, Kuwait), The Great Kabab Factory (UAE), Magic Wok (Bahrain), Hakisushi (Bahrain), as an Operation Manager. Successfully managing the multiple brands in various locations gained a strong knowledge in managing the business in all aspects with multinational work force. Latest addition to the brand is the launching of “PLAV’ multi cuisine restaurant at Trivandrum on Oct 2021.

Ms Veena Gupta is our Project and Training Head. She is the Founder of WESS NGO and a TEDx speaker. A Life Coach Security Consultant and Executive Protection Practitioner. She has developed a women’s safety mobile app called MSMR – ‘My Security My Responsibility’ and also authored a book with the same title. She is the founder of the popular “She Talks” which is a YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Veena, who is passionate about Martial Arts, is fondly known as India’s first female bodyguard. She is deeply involved in Women’s empowerment and their self-defence training. She has trained more than 3 lacs women in self-defences. She has also served as the Chairperson of the Women Safety Committee (India Chapter) of FSAI - Fire Safety Association of India.

She is a certified POSH Trainer, a qualified Lead Auditor ISO 27001-13 and an accomplished Risk and Security Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in Risk and Security Integration.

Very recently she has been recognized as a Google Icon 2022#SearchForChange. Google’s hoardings featuring Veena were put across NCR as a part of their Women Safety Campaign.

Ms. Jyoti is associate with us as Legal Advisor, she is a practising Lawyer in High Court and Supreme court of India. She supports and advise us in all legal matters as and when required. She is handling criminal and financial fraud cases and having chamber in supreme court. She has deep understanding of corporate law and assists us in preparing contracts with companies and undertakings of candidates.
